Bootcamps for Professionals Series: Connecting Your Content and Audience (101-Level)

I love the smell of blogging in the morning.

Roll Mobile is offering a series of bootcamps for professionals that will help you build that connection between the content you’re creating and your target audience. The 101-Level Bootcamp serves as an introduction to professional blogging, that’s worth your while whether you’re from a small businesses or in the corporate setting. Knowing what to blog about is just the tip of the iceberg. What takes your company’s blogging to the next level is when you’re able to craft something that combines your expertise in the subject but present it in a manner that makes people want to jump into the discussion, share across their own network, and to continue coming back. But what good is content if you can’t get anyone to read it? That’s where knowing how to gain a following and securing a share of voice comes in.

In this day-long class, we will cover:

  • Blogging best practices
  • Writing for a response
  • Brainstorming methods
  • Ways to use social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and mobile to feed your blog and grow your reach/share of voice
  • … and you will leave the day with blog post ideas and/or your first blog post

This class is presented by Roll’s Director of Client Services Bruce Dierbeck and Project Manager Anne Munkwitz, and includes a session by Roll Mobile Founder/President Sara Santiago. Refreshments and snacks are included in your day because, well, we aren’t savages.

These aren’t just notions, these are our tried and true methods we’ve established from our experience in training and strategizing for global corporate clients to local non-profits, helping them transform their team into thought leaders. These are right from the trenches and based on hurdles we’ve seen our clients encounter and have to jump over. Class sizes are small and seats are limited, affording one-on-one attention during sessions and workshops. Each company’s scenario is unique, and this intimate class setting allows us to explore each of your situations currently, or potentially encountering down the road.
